Fonality trixbox IP PABX is a fantastic telephony solution for any business from 2 to 200 extensions, and Fonality’s Reseller Program enables you to expand your product and service offerings into the SMB PBX market. In addition to earning revenue on the phone system itself, Fonality’s trixbox allows our channel partners to deliver a suite of managed professional services enabled by Fonality’s Hybrid-Hosted architecture and your telephony and IT expertise.
Consider trixbox Pro when:
- A software or appliance-based (server) PABX solution makes the most sense and works best with your business model
- You want to customise the phone system’s interface to reflect your company and build your brand
- You want to source your own hardware (servers, phones, etc.) and provide in-house technical support and back office functions
The application process
STEP 1.
To start the Reseller process you have to sign-up using the Fonality Reseller Application Form.
STEP 2. RESELLER KIT
We will mail you the reseller kit upon completion of Step 1. The Reseller Kit contains:
- NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement).
- Reseller Agreement.
- NFR (Not for Resale) resellers software kit order form. This has been priced at US$499 for resellers (normally $1,700).
We will then send you the software to install on Certified Equipment.
STEP 3. TRAINING
Watch some of the training videos and read our HELP files.
Online Reseller orientation (please register).
Full training is called "FtOCC Training". You don't need this to be an Authorised Reseller, but if you wish to become a CERTIFIED RESELLER then you need to attend.
